I have a multimedia store named sosmart (dane_elec).

So is it possible to liberate all the autorisations in the dns-323.

Thanks,

Have you configured the DNS-323 using the Easy Search Utility from a Windows computer?

Did you create an account on the 323 with the same name that the sosmart unit would be using?

I am sorry, but I am not familiar with multimedia products, but I hope I can provide some help to a new user.

If you leave the DNS-323 with the default user configuration - in other words don't create restrictions leave the network access set to ALL, then it will not prompt for a user or password.
