I pickedup a DWL-520 wireless network card, and attached an actual wired antennae to the back, and get good connection speed. I notice however, attempting to 'tweak' it, that there are some settings under the properties of the NIC, under device manager that for the life of me I can't seem to find anywhere on the internet,  and the manual isn't forthcoming. These settings are:

rate fallback retry limit   1
rate fallback threshold   12
fb short interval                 2000
fb long interval           50

*a rather odd note, all signal bars show full green with the driver for this, is that normal? Also it has a setting asking which antenna to use 1 or two, i assume leave it on both? I only see one port for an antennae, so since I don't know which port that is, i left it at both.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer, I would think settings on a NIC card would be easier to get explained.
