Hello,

Having a small issue with my DNS-323.  Initially I was unable to map to the volume_1 or volume_2 shares.  When I logged in and checked the config both drives were blank but the Raid 1 and jbod partition sizes and free/used space stats were displayed.  I also found that the users and network access settings were gone.

i was able to use telnet and see the folders and files.  Does anyone know how to recover the data?  where is the raid config stored?

thx in advance.

UPDATE: Partial resolution

I was able gain access to both volume_1 and volume_2.  The process involved pulling both drives, reset the unit back to factory settings and then reloading a recent cfg file.  After re-inserting the drives the data is visible and accessible via samba.  The Raid volume is still showing degraded and I have no disc tools.  time to back up data and move on.
