I assume this is not possible yet, but I would like to be able to have the Auto-Attendant scheduled. For instance, during the office hours of 8:30AM to 5:00 PM, our (human) receptionist would answer the incoming calls. But at 5:30PM the system would automatically switch over to (night mode) have the Automated Receptionist answer any incoming calls. Then at 8:30AM the next morning switch back to the human receptionist.
This would make is so much easier for people calling after hours. At this point when the receptionist leaves, the phones just ring and no one can answer them.
Is this possible now? or is this a future feature request?
