Netbook Support for D-ViewCam Products

I'm using a netbook and the resolution of my netbook (HP Mini 5102) does not meet the minimum
requirement for D-ViewCam to launch. As netbook is popular in my country, not all models can meet
the minimum requirement. Is D-Link able to do anything about this?

I'm trying to use the new D-ViewCam 3.1.1
