Very slow/no internet after DNS-320 ?

Hey
I cant really get internet even though all is ok on the router. and showing all ok on my PC.

This is my first NAS and have no idea what I done wrong. so many settings and not sure if I ticked something I shouldnt have.

It was all good before installing the NAS.

I have windows 7 home premium. with gigabit motherboard.
