Upgrading of DES1228P

Hello,

I've got a couple of DES1228P's, and want to get them all on the same level Firmware.
Found version 1.31.31 and downloaded it. The switches HW-A1 are FW level 1.20. I read you have to do some special steps to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3, you seem to need 1228PFWU.hex , 1228Pldr.hex and DES1228P_A1_13101.hex..
The last one is available, got it, but i can't find the FWU and ldr anywhere.
Does anyone know where i can find these pieces of software? Or tell me the correct way to upgrade these switches?

BTW, i noticed the topic about the DES1228P 'cristmas tree' mode, from the 9 switches already 3 died that way. For me a reason to call them unreliable and replace them all with DES3028P switches (except for two, where the network-closet is not deep enough to contain the bigger 3028P). And these two i need to upgrade...

Hello D-Link support.

Please, email me these files that are necessary for the upgrade to the latest firmware. Somehow, neither  " New Firmware Upgrade Procedure" sheet no these files are available in the Support section.

For anyone who happens to come across the same problem, the files are located on DLink's international site.  Go to tsd.dlink.com.tw and enter the model and it will take you to the full set of required files.
