hi peeps i wonder if u all can help me for the last past month my Connection to the internet has been really sloooooow and since im a gamer on the pc that is my ping / connection goes from nor like 30 - 40's then it goes 300 - 500 ping maybe abit more ive tryed a reset / reboot and its doing the same thing. Makes me wanna chuck the thing against the wall..

im on 50meg broad and im wired not wireless

p.s the ping just keeps doing that and doesnt stay low

What ISP service do you have? DSL or Cable?
Is the ISP modem a stand alone modem or does it have a built in router by chance?

Try setting up the router for QoS?
Can follow the stickys in the 4500 forums. The data is the same, just the UI on the routers look different. Give it a try.
