Call Waiting
« on: January 14, 2009, 07:03:13 AM »

I just installed a new system.  The client only has two lines.  When the receptionist phones ring and another call is coming in the phones beep like call waiting is setup.  I have looked all over the configuration and cannot find anything on call waiting. The customer says that they do not have call waiting.

Any ideas?

There is a call waiting feature on the phones. Please access the phones through the GUI by typing the IP address of the phone on the address bar with :9999 (example: http://192.1682.122:9999). Log into the phone and click on the Phone tab at the top and Phone settings on the left. Disable or enable the Call Waiting and save the settings.

Press the Call History button. Next, press the up/down button to locate the number. Once you select the number, press the speaker button to redial the number.
