Anything is possible, however it's worth checking to see. I believe that maybe the case if the router is using Advanced DNS Services that the DNS Relay probably should be off. Most experiences I've had, is to turn it on, Leave off the Advanced DNS services and make sure the Primary and 2ndary DNS IP Addresses are filled in from the ISP or other services. This could be a trouble shooting step is all.
