So I don't know if its rev B or rev A. I'm guessing A because it says A4. SHould I use rev B's firmware anyway since its newer? I already upgraded to 1.35 F/W.

Random questions:
When I use port forward, it won't really open the ports. I have tested with various tools to see if the ports are open, and I have used the steps on portforwarding.com and the exact ports used for games/applications. This makes me unhappy as I am unable to host minecraft on my own ip.

Is there anyway to improve my ping in games(pc)? My modem is 1 foot away from my router and I am connecting via ethernet cord. I know I could just directly connect with my modem to pc but then iphone/laptop/xbox won't be able to go on the internet..

You have A hardware - A4 to be exact(H/W Ver. shows the Hardware Veraion).  You can't use B firmware on A Hardware, the B stuff is a totally different animal.

Your ping in games is based on distance to the gaming server itself, not distance between the router and the modem.
