I have it set to Mixed G and N
WPA2/Auto TPIK and AES
I have 2 devices connected.  A computer hard-wired and it doesn't dc and a wireless laptop that dc often
no cordeless phones
there's a couple of wireless routers but I've changed the channels and still same results

I've turned off QoS and Wish, DNS relay already checked, Advanced DNS service already off and all the other options you mentioned was already done and it's still the same results.

What wireless modes are you using? A and B modes aren't used much any more.
Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
What security mode are you using? WEP, WPA or WPA2? Preferred is WPA-Personal. WPA2/Auto TPIK and AES.
What wireless devices do you have connected?
Any cordless house phones?
Any other WiFi routers in the area?

Things to try:
Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual?
Turn off QoS options.
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option under Setup/Internet/Manual.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router.
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.

I would do a factory reset and set up the routers WiFi for single mode G with WPA2 and Auto Cipher and check once more of disconnections. Setup the router as mentioned in the suggestions as well. If the wireless disconnects again. I would go head and update the FW. Let us know if you can before updating on the factory reset results.
