shareport 3.0 + 1.5tb usb drive

for some reason i can't connect to my 1.5 tb iomega external hdd using shareport 3 and firmware 1.9...thoughts?

note: 32gb ocz usb stick, hp deskjet are recognized when connected

..if it's because of size or the fact that it's ntfs i'm returning this thing...i am starting to feel misled
