problem after reset

I had problem with access to my dns-323, so i had to make reset.
In Instruction is write: "even after factory reset you can read your data"
but i can't see anything after reset
Can somebady explain me, what should i do for restore my data ?

Hi pll,

I think you will need to give more explanations. If you made a factory reset, this means that the DNS has either a default IP address or it is using a DHCP. Thus if you access it through a Windows letter, it may have changed.

Could you describe your before and after?

Did you try and access through a web browser?

What manipulations did you do?

I have access, I can login (with new IP) but i don't see folders.

Raid dosn't exist, so if I'll use creator for make raid once again
i'm afraid that drivers will format and i loose all my data :/

With Ext2IFS_1_11a.exe (http://www.fs-driver.org/download.html) installed on your Windows computer you can access your drive in your Windows machine to save all your data

Does the NAS have the Volume_1 share in the web configuration screen? If there are no shares defined, you won't see anything.

You might consider ext2fsd instead, if you are using Windows 7.
