Connecting DIR-655 to Samsung linkstick
« on: March 19, 2011, 05:18:05 PM »

I cannot connect my DIR-655 to the Samsung HDTV with apps so I can watch streaming video with Netflix. The router is 60 feet away from the tv but the DIR 655 is advertised as being for a large home. What can I do to extend the signal or better it? I have even tried using my DLink DWL-G710 but have no better results.

Try changing the WiFi model to single G mode then try Mixed G and N.

That far in distance and going thru walls and objects, might think about doing wired would be preferred. Might try getting some range extenders however not sure if they will handle some of the HD video streaming. Wired is preferred.
