Um, you shouldn't be entering any WINS as there are no WINS servers around. You need to setup at static IP address under Setup/Networking for all of your devices on the routers web page. Then make sure that each devices network settings are setup to Automatically Obtain an IP address and DNS addresses under there network settings. No WINS addresses are use here.
Ensure that Primary and 2ndary DNS addresses are being filled in on the router under setup/internet/manual.
Use the ISP DNS addresses found under Status/Device Info/Wan section.
I would disable Advanced DNS Service if you have this option.
Enable DNS relay.
Still nothing.. Thanks for helping me out today man, I think I'm getting closer.. With DHCP enabled, IP addresses were assigned to all devices, also; "Always broadcast" "NetBIOS announcement"and "Learn NetBIOS from WAN" are enabled, don't know if that matters?
