Have you done a search on in the forums for VoIP and SIP issues?
Have you contacted Polycon for any advise or if they have had any others having problems with certain routers?
Not sure what other router would work for VoIP. I presume this one should work.
Possible that there is a compatibility issue here.
I use a DGL-4500 and Magic Jack and it works great on that.
DMZ on any router will help with VoIP devices.
Are all the application layer settings enabled under Firewall?
Only other thing I might offer is to setup a static IP address for the VoIP.
Ensure the primary and 2ndary DNS IP addresses are filled in under setup/internet/manual.
Shut off Advanced DNS serviced if you have this option.
Look for DNS relay under setup/network settings. Try with this option ON and OFF.
Possible that you might try a different router to test and see if you notice the same thing or fixes it.
Let us know how it goes.
