If I upgrade the firmware....
« on: April 25, 2011, 10:30:39 PM »

If I upgrade the firmware to one of the 1.10 betas so I get AFT support, obviously I'll have to reformat the drives.

Now, my question is this:  If I later upgrade the firmware to the final 1.10 firmware, will I need to reformat the drives once more?

I'd like to put my drives to full use ASAP so am thinking about running with the beta version to start.

Thanks in advance.

If we could predict the future, we would be buying lottery tickets :)

I've upgraded from v01.10b5 to v1.10b7 and not needed to reformat, I remove the drives whilst upgrading to avoid any problems.
