Send link to file on DNS 325
« on: May 04, 2011, 12:36:36 AM »

Does anyone know if it's possible to email a link to a file on the DNS 325 rather than have them login directly through the web server or FTP?

Thanks

Not currently. Although you could possibly use WebDAV for a direct link (would need to verify).

Hello Moderator and thanks for your quick response....
Is there anywhere I could read about learning to do this?
I'll admit NAS is totally new for me.
Maybe you could provide me with a abbreviated set of directions?...PLEASE!

Thanks

The moderator did not respond because this week he left D-Link. You'll have to wait for the replacement or another member familiar with WebDAV.
