4K Physical Sector Performance issue about 2*WD2000EARS Raid0

Dear All:
      I bought the DNS-343 recently. Unfortunately, I didn’t know the performance of the  WD2000EARS hard drivers is horrible on it.And more bad , I bought two. So I have to improve the ability of the hard drivers. I have read “4K Physical Sector Performance issue”, http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=11631.0   
      But it is too hard to understand for the new, even if I have read the conclusion of someone about the raid1 so many time .And do it again ,again, and again.I hope somebody could tell me the progress simply , and easy to understand .
I have install the ffp ra,and the fdisk  can operation normally .I wished I have express my situation clearly ,because of my poor English. Thank you!
