trying to reset/configure wired D-Link EBR-2310 ...

 I have a wired router D-Link EBR-2310, which I am trying to reset/configure, but the reset button in the back does not seem to work. Powering it down does not work either. When you power it on again all you see are all leds steady on, even if no cables are connected to their back ports
~
 If I try to connect to it I get "Network unreachable" kinds of errors
~
 What do you do in such cases?

 Also, I did try the hard 30-30-30 reset I read from:

 but it doesn't seem to be doing nothing at all to the router
