Ip conflict unable of connect

Hello everyone

I have a Dir 615  router and I have connected to a huawei hg 520c gateway this have the ap off and gets the laptops and two phones connected ok in the dlink router and can't get a desktop computer running windows 7 using a dlink usb wifi dwa 125  get a ip conflict and I have done everything to do done the problem but nothing works my isp uses ppoe and have set up dhcp on the dlink router,
