How to Set Time Restrictions on Router?
« on: June 12, 2011, 09:57:49 PM »

I would like to set my DIR-655 to limit my son's time on the Internet. I have all the connections set to the MAC Addresses.

Is there someway to do this? I'd like to have his Internet access turned off by a certain time each night (different time limit for the weekend though) ...

After you set up a Reserved IP address, then you will need to go and set up the Schedule and pic the times and day for a certain sched. Then I believe you go into Access Control and set up a Policy using the saved schedule you make up for him and his PC.

Thanks for your assistance! I've made some adjustments, and have separate schedules set for my son for each day, and two different schedules set for Sunday.
