Don't make the mistake I made and enable DNS and DHCP on both your Router and the NAS. Make sure you only PORT FORWARD, Dynamic DNS and DHCP on the Router and set a fixed IP on the NAS something like 192.168.0.195 (make sure it doesn't clash with anything else on your network). Also note that everytime you play with the router and reset it your ISP could/will be giving you a new IP. This needs to be told to the DYNDNS provider. If you download the dyndns updater at dyndns.com this will automatically update your IP everytime it changes to DYNDNS provider. You will need tol do this anyway as these free url's are cancelled if you don't access them regularly. Lastly I wouldn't use the DLINKDNS as it only forwards to dyndns.com anyway. If you go direct to dyndns.com this will also give you a free address and allow you to avoid the middleman (sorry Dlink!). If you still cannot get it working, put the NAS in the DMZ (just to test if the outside world can talk to it) if you can then your router firewall is blocking it or your ISP has blocked Port 80.
