DIR 655 set up?

As the subject says I have a DIR 655 wireless router, I am having a few issues no matter how many times I read the manual can't seem to fathom out.
I have 2 laptops, pc, xbox 360 and PS3 attached.
How do I set up my laptop which is wireless and ethernet connected can go on all website, one laptop on certain websites and pc on different websites. I purchased this router through reccomendation as was told this could be done but I can't seem to be able to do it.
I had a Netgear router before that had one trusted ip address, obviously I ow need two trusted ip addresses for my laptop.
Any help greatly appreciated.
