What HW version is your router?
What FW version is currently loaded?

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?

Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual?
Turn off QoS options.
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router.
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.

Check out the DGL-4500 forum for XBL game setup. Has DIR router setup as well.
http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?board=144.0

Let us know how it goes and if you need more help.

I would review the DGL-4500 XBL sticky. This will help you configure QoS correctly.
FIREWALL : Anti-Spoof checking OFF... correct? Can be on or off.
ADVANCE  NETWOrK : Multicast Streams ON.. Correct ? Yes

How many xbox consoles do you have? One or more?

You are using QoS settings and not Port Forwarding correct? You only need to use QoS rules for XBL.

NO you don't need Port Forwarding. Delete those options. You only need QoS.

Correct..Use the remote IPs listed for the Gamefuel options. 65.52.0.0 to 65.55.255.255. Those are MS servers only. Let me know if they won't enter into the 655 router.

Whats your UP load package speed? I usually manually set UP speed to about 1024K above what you actually have, give some overhead to play with. So if you have 1024 Up, I set for 2048 and so on.

Enable Traffic Shaping ON.
Connection Type: Manually set for DSL or Cable, which ever you have.
Enable QoS Engine ON
Automatic Classification ON
Dynamic Fragmentation OFF
