Blocking LImewire etc

How do I block all other laptops on my network apart from mine from downloading from peer to peer sites such as Limewire etc.

You can't with that device alone.
SecureSpot will do it.

Not possible. P2P also uses different ports every single time its started, so it's almost impossible to block.

You best bet might be something along the lines of opendns.com which can block the p2p sites themseleves.

Not sure about p2p use but you can always use a firewall to block.

Hi,

You can partly do it by using a website filter and then create an access rule using only the MACs for those computers you wanna block.

Use just the word Limewire in the website filter list.

You WILL need to enable DNS RELAY for this to work...at least that is true for FW 1.21
