Disabling Guest Access
« on: July 30, 2011, 01:31:21 PM »

Hello,

I may be missing something obvious, but I cannot see how to disable guest/anonymous access to my 325.  I tried creating a specific account on the 325 with specific permissions for use by my Macbook when mounting the NAS.  When I go to mount the storage from the MB and try to use the specific account and credentials it fails, yet guest works.  Again, I see no reference at all to a guest account in the 325 admin app.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,
JR

When you add a directory to share who are allowed to choose have the option to specify users / groups or the world.

Cuando añades un directorio para compartir al elegir quienes tienen permiso tienes la opción de especificar usuarios/grupos o todo el mundo.
