This may have been discussed on this forum before, but does anyone know why DAP-1522 is not available in Europe (or more specifically, Norway)? Seeing as it's been about 9 months since it was released in the US and the DIR-855 (similar wireless technology) is available over here in Europe, I really need the DAP-1522 for my home network setup.

Except for the AC adapter, would there be any issues with getting one from the US? I can see that there are some differences in the frequency ranges allowed in the US and EU (at least on the 2.4 GHz band), but is this a config/firmware setting?

Please let me know if you have any input - 2.4 GHz is no longer usable in my neighborhood.

Don't know how/where you can get it but I can tell you it works for me (US FW), in my case with DIR-855 (EU FW).
