please help - dir-655 with share point network usb client

gd day all

connected to my dir-655 an external hard drive cant get it to work with my pc the share point shows al the time red light on the icon and not green on the utility i mean any ideas what can i do to fix this sometimes it s working sometimes not

Check the beta section.

Just deinstall and reinstall the utilty and make sure your firewall has a rule that allows the Shareport utility.

gd evening

have tried and no luck the icon in the task bar shows red and not green i wish so much it will trub back to green

it did few times lately but this weekend not

have tried today restart router and hdd and change usb cable dont know whatr else to try please help

Well, did you have admin priviliges when installing? Do you have the latest version 1.14?
No crystal ball here, so besides guessing it's impossible to help you. All others have solved it through the forum posts. What changed (hardware, software) since your latest successful connection?

i am the admin
nothing changed after moving many files from my pc to mobile hdd gone to sleep and closed the mobile hdd then wok up and wanted to re check it and then nada nothing no more connection from pc to it !

any idea what to vhange any logs to upload to you ?

So disabling and enabling also does not restore the connection? (right click icon, mouse to dlinkrouter -> disable and repeat action enabling it.)

when i press the right click on the icon all i see is

advanced option
open shareport network usb utility
about shareport network usb utility
exit

this is what i have when my icon is red !

have installed the 1.14 on my other 3 desktops at home and 1 laptop and its working fine can u tell me or direct me what to chec on my own lap top so i can try to make it work there too please ?

Sorry, I know what you experience but I have no other options to solve it. Try reinstalling the app (remove all files manually after deinstalling).
