Hi,

I think I had posted a couple weeks ago about having gotten SharePort to work after doing a fresh re-install of Win 7 Pro x64....

Well I guess I spoke too soon....something has changed, and now SharePort is back to its old crap.... Text prints OK, but photos only print parts then eject the page and print some more psycho garble on the next page....etc...

I have done all the uninstall - reinstall drills.... same result....  Just don't understand why it WAS working for a while, and what changed to make it un-work now....  The software looks to be working, but the actual output is foobar....

Hi,

DLink Tech Sesca had been working on this issue last year....  But since then has not been very active on these forums at quick glance....I apologize if maybe I just missed it....

For now, I reinstalled my little USB print server....  It seems DLink has mostly abandoned their efforts with Share Port....  I also thried the Silex software on which Share Port is based and had same results...

I just wish I could figure out WHY it worked at all after I reformatted and reinstalled my Win 7....  AND  what changed over the past week or two that has caused Share Port to screw up as it had last year....
