DCS 920s 3 Green Flashes Then Solid Red

I have two DCS 920s that were too close to the edge of the roof.  They quit working during a really bad storm that rolled thru..

I did a power reset and then a hard reset..

What happens now is, when I plug in the power, the LED goes red, then green.  Then I get 3 flashes of green and then the red comes on and stays on..  It's the same for both of them.

I am assuming that the 3 flashes is some sort of error code.

Anyone have an idea what it means?
