SP2 install fails

I am in New Zealand and am trying to test the Voice Center system which is on loan from D-Link here. During the upgrade process I receive the following dialog box message:

Administrator - Microsoft Response Point

The base unit has restarted, but the version of the Response Point software that it is running [1.0 SP1 (Build 1.14.4217.0)] is not the version it was upgraded to [1.0 SP2 (Build 1.20.4926.0)]. This can happen if the software upgrade of the base unit failed. Administrator will continue to monitor the base unit and proceed with the upgrade if the software installation succeeds.


Is this a limation of the demo hardware, or have I done something wrong? I have tried a number of times and have rebooted the base unit.

If you have SP1 already installed, you shouldn't have any problem upgrading to Sp2. Please contact D-Link New Zealand technical support personnel for assistance. Here is a link for the contacts:
