Problems with MAC printing

I am having problems with the print queue to my USB printer on the DNS-320.

The job keeps coming back with "On Hold - Authentication required".

I am on 10.7.2 OSX update, but have had the problem since 10.7

The queue is to smb://dns320/lp

A blank user/password doesn't seem to be accepted (isn't allowed by OSX), I've tried "Admin/no password", "Guest/no password", and my MAC user/password without success.

I'm on Beta firmware 2.02, but also had problems back with 2.0 firmware.
 
Can anyone help me get printing working?
