Well I called today and had my firmware updated to 2.03 hope this does some freaking good!!!

Updating FW will probably not do much as your QoS needs to be configured for PSN ports. This will get your PSN going.

Get  a hold of HardHarry and have him review your router settings for PSN. He plays PSN and has the info to make sure the router is set up for it well.

Was doing some prep work. Looked all through their support site (hello 1998 web design?) and cant find the manual, or any real info at all for the Westell B90-611060-06. All they had was a dead link. Finally had to fall back on my hail marry. Thank you Way back machine.

Looks like they pulled support around 2008. Couple things I noticed is on page 31, it gives a option of bridge mode. Also we will want to disable the DHCP server. But again, a 140 page manual. TT cincityplayer, could you make sure you have the fallowing info? Don't post here though. Just have it on hand.

1. Account ID
2. Account password
3. VPI and VCI


I just watched the automated support video. ::shiver:: I am going to go take a shower now. LOL.

Yeaaaa..I was going to say that.  The instructions latest support is for Windows ME. Thats never a good sign. But I will do what I can.
