Problem with Recycle Bin
« on: November 01, 2011, 07:35:15 PM »

Hello,

(sorry for my poor English  :-[)

With Recycle Bin option activated, when I copy (from PC) files or directories with alternate NTFS streams, I obtain something like that, for example :

Those alternate files cannot be modified/renamed/deleted without their standard files associated.

It is very problematic with directories, because each files must be deleted manually before the entire directory, for example :

When empty, this directory "1000Miglia" cannot be deleted in recycle bin. I have the message "Cannot delete, directory not empty" !

The only solution I found for the moment is to delete all alternate streams before the copy, with AlternateStreamView (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/alternate_data_streams.html)... or deactivate recycle bin...

This problem is it known ?

Thank you.
