IRQ Conflict w/Bluetooth
« on: November 08, 2011, 09:00:06 PM »

Looking for some help in regards to an IRQ conflict. I have a DWA-552 installed in an Asus P8Z68Pro V motherboard. I'm running Mepis Linux version 11 and dual booting Windows 7. The wireless drops on a regular basis with both OS's. The bluetooth has not work since day one. The other day I pulled the DWA-552 out of ht motherboard and moved it to another slot. Re-booted with the same results. I then decided to change the card to a WDA-1320. The bluetooth worked right off the hop and the computer seemed to boot faster and get to the desktop faster. The bluetooth functioned as expected. I then went and purchased a new DWA-552. Installed the card and the bluetooth stopped functioning. These results were in both OS's.

I've searched the net, but come up empty for a cure.

Wondering if anyone here has heard of a fix or even heard of this problem.

Any help appreciated. If you need more info, ask a way.
