How can I prevent some ports on the DES 1916E from accessing the Internet

Thats a un-managed switch so I don't think there is any way of setting up to limit connections to the host router and devices. These a basically connection switches for devices only. Nothing to manage or control on these. You might want to set up rules on the host router for devices that you want to limit access to. Use scheduling and access control options.
