Thanks Furry. I did not try your suggestions since the router works fine, just doesn't populate the wireless device list. Anyway, it should just work as advertised and not need a tonne of workarounds.
Having said all that I reset the device and started again and found the problem - it is clearly a software issue that I will report to DLink.
Here it is: If you have 3 or less wireless devices, the list populates. If you add a fourth or more, the list goes empty. Switch a few off and the list populates again. So if you want to check your wireless speeds, turn a few things off first!
So, not a major problem, just irritating!
So my laptop only connects at 130Mbps, what's with that? Can it be bumped up to 300 somehow? (I think I saw that in another thread so I'll go take a look).
