How do you access ftp?
« on: February 17, 2009, 10:16:01 AM »

How do you get to your files on the net? I have set up my DNS-321 with my Netgear router and can get to Log in.  I Type in my password, in the bottom of browser it says 'Beginning ftp transaction' it just hangs on then it says '421 Time out try typing a little faster next time' ?

Start be trying to access the ftp server over the local network, after you get that working, then try to do it across the internet.

RAID1 is for disk redundancy - NOT data backup - don't confuse the two.
