They are according to the support agent I talked to today. Where do you people get these agents? The person couldn't even remember my name. Annoying experience. Outsourcing sucks!
I bought these 3 weeks ago but the ancient software doesn't detect the devices even though the internet works. Obviously they're plugged in properly if I'm getting internet through them, so why doesn't this software detect the adapters? I have another week to return them for a refund and if this doesn't get resolved, then that's what I'll be doing, especially after my experience with that useless agent.
