Hardware stopped working...
« on: December 06, 2011, 05:20:35 PM »

I just shutdown my 320 and pulled the power plug to move it, and now it won't start again. Is there some sort of a reset switch or something I'm missing? I had it running for several months with no problems.

Thanks for any help.

Hi,
I hate to say this, but I remember reading about one guy who returned 3 or 4 of these units to Dlink because they would not start up.  You are pressing that almost hidden horizontal button on the front of the case about an inch or so up from the bottom right and not the button hidden behind that fold down door at the bottom. You do have to hold it for a moment or two.  If that is not it, try to make sure the power plug is fully seated and then maybe test the power supply.  Good luck
