Connection Loss
« on: December 06, 2011, 07:51:44 PM »

Been having a weird problem for a while now.  Just about every day my router seems to lose connection to my PC, I'm able to connect to just about any games on my PS3 via wireless or my PC via cat5e but any internet page I try to load takes forever or don't load at all and I can't get access to my router without restarting the router manually.
ISP is Cox Communications
Firmware V. 1.21NA,  2009/07/09

I would go ahead and update to v1.23. There was a known issue with v1.21 causing random hangs of the router.
What Hardware version is the router?
I experienced this on my A1. This was fixed.

Updated right now, didn't know it was out of date because the "Check Now" button said it was :P
Thanks a lot for the help, will have to wait about a week to see if the problem comes back at all.

Ya, always check the web site. The Check Now in most of these routers fail to report accurate information.
Let us know. Enjoy.
