End of day phone transfer

we have 8 inbound lines, 1 published and 7 rollover.
how do i select line 1 to transfer to the answering service at the end of the day?
what happens if i successfully transfer line 1 to the service, and then we receive simultaneous inbound calls?  what will happen to the call on line 2?

at the beginning of the next business day, how do i select line 1 to cancel the transfer to the service?

have a dedicated receptionist answer the calls, and set the receptionist to forward to an external number(your answering service) after x number of rings. 

The receptionist can do this with the response point assistant software, under call handling.
