The latest firmware is available for download here: Firmware. To upload the firmware to your camera, log into the web interface using a browser and navigate to MAINTENANCE > Firmware Upgrade.Although you can perform this procedure using a wireless connection, I strongly recommend against doing so. If the wireless signal breaks during the upload or the upload timesout during the transfer, you can brick the camera.
I donīt know what "brick the camera" means. If I "brick" the camera will it not work anymore?
Yes. "Brick" is a computer term meaning that the device no longer works and it's usefullness is reduced to that of a "brick" or "doorstop".
Thanks for all your help; on the upgrade of the firmware and on english!
