Can someone confirm in 1.06 FW FTP support for unicode is working?

I am using firmware 1.06, which claims in the release notes that FTP supports unicode.

However, I tried several FTP client tools, Ws_FTP, cute_FTP, and the Windows Explorer (with url like ftp://xx.xx.xx.xx), none of them seem to be able to display Chinese character correctly.

Could someone pls. confirm that you get unicode support working in FTP server in 1.06 FW? If so, may some special settings that I have configure?
