. The admin password to the router is not the same as the security key, but the user password is the same as the security key. I did that so I would have a "back door" to view the settings in case there was a problem and I could not get in with Admin. The user password has not been used. Yes, I did save my initial settings, but nothing else was reset other than the passwords. One other thing that I noticed.. the day before the problem started, there was no drop down for user name on the router sign in. However, I could manually type in "Admin" with the correct password and get in. Using the logs, I have also confirmed that no other machines have logged into the network or obtained an IP. While I am a newbie at wireless, it almost looked like the password file had been corrupted.
