Remember also that the DNS-323 has limited space in its flash memory. It might not be possible to include it.

This will not allow transcoding MKVs to the ps3 will it? especially 720p or 1080p?  I can't imagine as it probably would require some serious CPU for that.

ffmpeg runs while twonky is running a produces a proper file.
