Printers Off-line

Hi,
i have a problems with two printers and Windows 7 x64. In other two PC's with Windows XP this work.

The printers are:

HP Laserjet 1020
HP Laserjet 1025 color
HP Laserjet 1200 

The printer LJ 1200 work in windows 7, the others not. I have downloaded and installed the driver/software compatible with Win7 x64. The system indicates that the printers are OFF-LINE, why?
