OK, back to basics.
After you log in to the web interface go to 'Management' --> 'Network Management' --> 'Lan Setup' There you should have
'Static IP' marked
'IP Address' 10.0.0.1
'Subset mask' 255.255.255.0
'Gateway Address'

.

.

This should point to your gateway address on your network and will most probably be something like 10.0.0.XXX
'DNS1'
'DNS2' DNS1 & 2 will depend on your setup.
If your settings are different please list them.
